Borealis Sea Hawk review

Powered by the extremely reliable Japanese Seiko NH36 / 4R36 automatic movement, the Borealis Sea Hawk is a superbly crafted diving watch.  This robust automatic movement boasts twenty four jewels and 21600 bph as well as quick date correction and hacking seconds. The BGW9 lumed ceramic bezel comes in three distinct and individually striking colours: green, blue and black and is complimented by the double domed sapphire glass brilliantly.

The case back uses screws to create a compressor case which means the deeper you go (as the pressure increases) the more water tight it becomes!  A highly innovative use of technology!

It’s touches like this that make the Sea Hawk an ingenious, yet supremely elegant choice for any deep diver.  The care and attention that has gone into crafting this timepiece is evident; it is truly awe inspiring.
